THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT HTTP://WWW.TRIBETABLE.ORG OR HTTP://WWW.TRIBETABLE.CO (THE “SITE”) AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY TRIBE TABLE.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tribe Table. Tribe Table offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PRIVACY POLICY
Tribe Table will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. Tribe Table stores and processes Content on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security.
FEES AND SERVICES
Tribe Table may, at Tribe Tables’ sole discretion, change some or all of Tribe Tables’ services at any time. In the event Tribe Table introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using Tribe Table.
Fees and Termination: If Tribe Table terminates your account, if you close your account, or if the payment of your Tribe Table fees cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay Tribe Table for all unpaid fees plus any penalties, if applicable. If you have a question or wish to dispute a charge, contact info@tribetable.co.
Binding Sale: All sales are binding and final. Due to the format of Tribe Table’s programs, no refund requests will be granted after services are delivered. Tribe Table is obligated to complete the transaction with the buyer in a prompt manner, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. The buyer is obligated to deliver appropriate payment for items purchased, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
Payment Plans: By choosing to join via payment plan, you’re taking advantage of the offer from Tribe Table to act as you financial intermediary, instead of your bank or financial institution. You are committing to pay the full total amount over a maximum period of 6 months. For these reasons, we cannot delay or defer your future payments.
Terms of Coaching Services: You as the client are responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, Tribe Table is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
Coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and you should seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, Tribe Table recommends that you inform the mental health care provider.
You agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
Late/No Shows: Allows for a 10 minute courtesy period to show up for a call, ready and fully attentive. If you do not show up within the courtesy period, or are not fully attentive, the session will be labeled as a no-show and the call is forfeited.
Call Recording: All meetings will be recorded and will remain confidential within Tribe Table, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
ELIGIBILITY
Age: Tribe Tables’ services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Tribe Table may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Tribe Tables’ services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by Tribe Tables’ policies as stated in this Agreement as well as all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Tribe Table each of which is incorporated herein by reference and each of which may be updated by Tribe Table from time to time without notice to you:
Password: Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify Tribe Table of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that Tribe Table cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party other than Tribe Table without Tribe Tables’ express written permission.
Right to Refuse Service: Tribe Table reserves the right, in Tribe Tables’ sole discretion, to cancel user accounts. Tribe Table reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
